Course in great shape, fairways a little long on grass

Nice course for the money
Good course at a good value. Would recommend this course for beginner/average golfers as the holes are forgiving. Course is in good shape, greens a little slow but in very good shape.

Great older course
This is such a nice peaceful older course. You wind thru some beautiful trees on several holes.
It was in very good shape and the greens were rolling nicely. I was pleasantly surprised for the price
Green greens, and fairways too!
We haven't had much rain, so a lot of courses are burn't out. Not here! Course was green and in great shape with the greens being fairly quick. They had some very challenging holes, for me, especially on the front 9. (No wonder they start you out on the back 9)
Good deal and courteous staff
Course is in good shape. Shorter par 4's but long par 3's balance it out. Pace was good but a foursome jumped in front of us and made the last 11 holes play slower. Still finished in 4 hours though. Staff very friendly and courteous. I even bought a 56 degree wedge in the clubhouse. Being a lefty, I don't see many left handed clubs for sale so this was a big bonus. This was the first course I ever played so nice to return. Overall I had a good time and the best reason to play here is the value, facilities, and friendly staff...
Mow
The course conditions were poor. It's ok if there are weeds, but not when you don't mow. It has been dry enough to mow.
Friendly staff, fairways were in rough shape. Could barley tell where they ended and the rough began.
Very nice course
My wife and I booked Demes Acres for a crazy low price of $10 on golfnow.com. We were looking for a nice course to play that we were hoping was in decent shape. When we arrived, we met the owner who signed us in. She was so friendly and we talked about the course . We teed off with only a single golfer in front of us. The course only played to just over 5700 yards, but it didnt play short. The course was apparently bought recently by a couple, and they are doing a great job maintaining the course. The fairways are in very good shape, and the greens like velvet. A few of the greens on the back side were recently plugged, but the owner had advised us. The course was fun to play also. There are some very long par 3s, and some dog legged par 4s and 5s. We will play Deme Acres again soon.
Great Course!
I really enjoy this course a lot more now that the new owners take so much better care of the greens!

This course was always a good value, but corse conditions have improved and I see it as a great value. It's short but fun to play, plush slower greens.

Good no fuss friendly atmosphere. Played behind an outing and still averaged 2 hours per side.
Anytime you can play a 4 hour round of golf behind an outing it's a good day!
Great short course in excellent condition.
We have been golfing in nearby Toledo and maybe we just haven't seen the good ones yet, but this place was very well groomed. All the golfers in my foursome remarked what great shape the course was in. A little short and not super challenging but still a great value.
Decent shape
Couse was in fairly decent shape, however not a high end course. Greens were challenging as many were not flat.

The new owners are working very hard to clean up course, both appearance wise & play wise. I've played this course for over 20 years and it still challenges me!
