Whitefish Lake Golf Club

It’s not a great course. But it is definitely worth the money! The staff was extremely friendly. One even stopped to give me advice on how to approach a hole. The course was not in amazing condition. Some of that probably had to do with how little rain we’ve gotten in the last couple of weeks. It was a little challenging trying to dodge the sprinklers while playing, but that was never a big deal. Especially being a beginner who doesn’t have $60 to spend on a round of golf, this is a really good option. Don’t expect an amazing course, but for the money, it is well worth it.

The greens were in excellent shape. Tees were in below average shape: hard, burned out grass. Many washout and hardpan areas in many rough areas The course layout is unique. Tough holes are cut out of trees, trouble on both sides. Hit in there and it’s jail time

Greens are excellent I love the “Fish” great layout and always a challenge

This course is great in terms of overall value for the price! My only complaint is the functionality of the carts. I've golfed here a handful of times and each time the cart I end up using struggles to work efficiently.

The course is in good condition besides the grounds (fairways, greens, rough) being extremely hard which causes the ball the roll extremely far. Friendly Staff and great prices.

The course conditions could be better for the money you're spending, but they aren't bad. Today was the second time in a row that the carts were not functioning well. They have been glitchy at best and even seen a few others just die.

Let's start with the cart, we had to push on the gas atleast twice every time before the cart would go. Sand traps, have not been groomed this entire year I am guessing.. Fairways, hard and dry with tree roots, no watering in a long time. Ladies tee boxes were rough. Greens were in good shape.Our package included a hotdog, chips and a pickle and the hotdogs were not warm. Range balls (also included) must be 10 years old In my opinion they have stopped spending any money on this course and it will continue to decline. Will not play this course again even though the cost is reasonable the experience was terrible.

Fairways were dry but sprinkler systems were down so that was understandable. Greens were perfect cart path is rough. The grill is great place to eat even if you don't golf.

Course in great shape; challenging course due to the narrowness of some fairways, and scattered water hazards. Very friendly and accommodating staff, top notch!
