Wyandotte Shores Golf Course

This is my favorite course in the Downriver area in Michigan. While it's only 9 holes, it's challenging and very well manicured. My only complaint which I know the course cannot control is the amount of Canadian Goose feces on the course. On 9, it's almost impossible to not step in it or have your ball get it all over it. Again, I know that's nature but it's gross.

This course, although it's only an "executive"/9-holes, is a great value. Fun, challenging layout, finishing along the water for the final two holes, also making the wind come into play on a majority of the holes. Definitely wish it was a full 18, but a hidden gem nonetheless. Most people overlook 9-hole courses, don't skip Wyandotte Shores! Will definitely replay multiple times this season.

I wish this course was 18 holes instead of just 9, because of the second 9 would be as good as the first, it would be one of my favorite courses. The 9 holes that it has are very well maintained, the greens are challenging but fun, the tee distances are very well suited for every skill level, the pace of play is typically good, and I think it's appropriately priced. The hazards can definitely hurt you on multiple holes, but you can still shoot a good score if you scramble well. The carts are fairly new and well maintained. The clubhouse is small, but it has some cool merchandise. The only thing that sounds make this 9 hole course better (other than another 9 holes), is a bar and grill. I would definitely recommend playing this course if you only have time for 9 holes, but you want a good playing pace and solid course maintainance.

Best links course in the area by a mile. Play here first thing in the morning, you won’t regret it. Beautiful stretch of property, great staff. Really appreciate being able to book online.

This is my local municipal course. It's a beautiful 9-hole course that's kept well with friendly staff. Pace of play can be slow sometimes and the ranger can be a little lax with forcing groups to pick up the pace, but if that's its only fault, I'll take it.

Great Course for a nine hole track. Par threes are challenging from the tips. Par fives are reachable with a good tee shot. Overall never dissatisfied with going to play nine on this course. Course can occasionally get backed up. Early morning is the best time to get out and play. Conditions are always pristine.

Beautiful view of the historic Detroit River....heather makes the course tougher than you would think!
