Fun Course, Good Value
Played with a few friends, and really liked the course. I was a little hesitant to head that far north, but would definitely go back.
My only complaint is the food - the breakfast sandwich was not very good, and they didn't have any brats or hot dogs available at the turn.
Pace of Play
We played in 4 hrs 50 min. Pace of play was very backed up. Course was in good condition.
Nice course, well maintained.
Nice course but lots of mosquitoes! There are several lakes abutting this course. Staff not wearing masks.
Review of Chomonix
I REALLY appreciate how the course is taking the Coronavirus seriously. Everything was set up to maintain physical distancing. I played st Edinburgh USA where they went against our Governor's guidelines for courses and had no regards for the current pandemic.
At Chominix all the staff was friendly and helpful. Because of an injury I haven't played Chomonix for about three years. The greens are much better. Careful removal of selected trees made the course much more playable and fun.
Nice county run golf course
I hadn’t played Chomonix in at least ten years and was nicely surprised by the course conditions and value. It can feel very narrow at times so you better be hitting it straight. Driver is not needed or advised on some of the narrow bending par 4s. One green was a bit beat up others were in excellent shape and putted true.
Will be back again soon.
First round this year
Staff friendly golf carts very clean course in very good shape. i and my wife will be back to play. we are trying to get friends to join us for a round,
