Milham Park Municipal Golf Course
About
Situated on the southern edge of Kalamazoo, Milham Park Golf Club borders its namesake park. This municipal course is one of the best in the city, boasting some of the best conditions of any of the area's golf courses. Originally opened as a nine-hole course in 1931, the second nine was added as a project under the Works Project Administration in 1935. The course has a traditional layout that is seemingly short by modern standards at 6,630 yards from the back tees. Don't let the yardage fool you, Milham Park offers many holes with good length. The layout is heavily bunkered and there are tall trees along the fairways. Water is nowhere to be found except for a mild hazard that edges along the fourth hole.

Excellent course
Milham Park Golf Course is in outstanding condition. From the tee boxes to the fairways and greens, everything was exceptionally well maintained. The grounds crew does an excellent job keeping the course in top shape, and it really shows. The layout is fun to play, and the overall experience is hard to beat. For the price, this is one of the best values around. I’ll definitely be back when I’m on this side of the state!
Awesome Time
The gold course was in excellent condition… the greens were amazing… the ball ran well on the greens I would think they are a 10 or an 11 the staff was awesome… I rented clubs and they were brand new! Awesome time!! Highly recommend this course…
Great place to play
Had a great time playing Milham Park. The course was in great condition. Pace of play was great. I don't have anything bad to say about the experience. I would definitely recommend playing this course!
Awesome course
Greens were very nice a little fast today and the course was nicely kept up and cared for. The views on every hole at sunset were incredible too, I’m definitely coming back again!
Great course
Really enjoy this place,
Not satisfied
Paid for 18 holes, start time was suppose to be 6:38 pm. Didn’t tee off until 7:15 due to course being backed up. Didn’t finish the front 9 until 9:20. So therefore, paid for 18 and only got to play 9. Will not be going back.
I thought it was the country club.
32 years ago I had just moved to the area. When I drove by this course for the first time I thought it was the local country club. Their annual membership was incredibly reasonable. So, it has been my home course since. It has had some changes due to storms bringing down trees over the years. However, it has prevailed and is still one of the nicest public courses in the state.
