Hidden Gem
I got a free round from the Michigan golf show. I decided to give it a try before our group played Bucks Run. This is a great course to add to your trip. Hidden Gem for sure!
It’s a old nice course
I like the white and red course. They have some long par threes And in the back where they re-done a par 4 very nice
9 Holes with friends
Nice Saturday golfing 9 holes at Riverwood, one of favorite courses we discovered this spring. The weather could not have been any better. This course offers all kinds of challenges which makes it FUN. I recommend this track if you live in Mid Michigan. It is only an hour from Saginaw.
Would not recommend
Not a well kept course, one bridge was so bad we weren't sure we could make it across. Will never play again.

This course is good challenge for beginners.
Decent course but poorly managed
Course is a decent value if you can get a hot deal otherwise it is ridiculously overpriced. They are charging as much as pohlcat and bucks run. Management is extremely unfriendly and has no idea how to properly speak to customers.
Decent course, don't go really early
Course itself was very nice. The carts were not in very good condition, but that wasn't a big deal at all. I would recommend not going early though, I booked a 7:10am Tee time and no one showed up till 7:20 when I was about to start walking the course. Also, I had to wait several times in the fairway for the greens crew to turn off the water on the greens. A few times I waited over 5 minutes and when I finally got to the greens, they were extremely saturated and I could not putt. Not sure if this happens a lot since it was the first time I played the course.
This course was in great condition.
Really enjoyed the course as it was in great condition. Really enjoyed playing this course as it had some challenging holes.
Course confusion
When reserving the $12 for 9 with a cart, it does not state that this is for the Blue Hcourse only, until after the reservation is made. This is something that should corrected asap.
Great time
tee boxes were a little rough other than that highly recommend will diffentley play again and the greens were perfect
Condition
The course was in the best condition that I have ever seen it. This was the first time that I had played there this year, but I typically make it 2-3 times per year. The greens were in great condition.
Course great condition
Greens not very fast but putted true. Still has nice layout. Always a challenge around greens. Rough was thick needed a iron to play out of.
Blue course full of newbies-very slow play
When we signed in we were not informed of a ladies league that was on the Blue course. They were extremely slow. there was no marshal on the course to speed up play. Took over 3.5 hours to play 9 holes on this 2300 yard course.
UNFRIENDLY
This course did not open until 7:45, even though our tee time was at 7:30. Our cart was horrible and the course was in poor shape. The staff were very unfriendly and treated us like were a problem for them since we were there 45 mins before a staff member showed up (we were on the putting green, waiting patiently). Very disappointed with this course. So many other courses in the area that would be much better. LOTS OF BUGS

THE COURSE HAD A YOUTH TOURNAMENT GOING ON AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS ELECTRIC AND FUN. THE STAFF WAS AWESOME AT FITTING MY ROUND IN PRIOR TO THE ACTIVITIES. THE COURSE WAS CHALLENGING WELL MAINTAINED. THE MORNING WAS PERFECT AND REALLY DREW OUT THE BEAUTY OF THE COURSE. AN EXCELLENT GOLFING MORNING...THANKS
