Tough Course
We got a fantasstic deal on Golf Now and decided to play the course. DO NOT BELIEVE the slope rating on this course because it had a lot more slope than the rating would indicate. Course overall was in good condition considering the spring weather. I played the senior whites which was 5800 yds and it was difficult. Lots of blind shots both off the tee and approach shots to the greens. Pro shop people were not friendly at all almost as if it was a pain for them for you to be there because you were not a local. Putting that aside for the price we paid it was worth the money. Difficult to find due to poor road signage.
A must play course.
This course is amazing. It follows thru the hills and canyons. Elevated shots, shots over and around the creaks. Greens were aerated 2 weeks ago but, ball rolled true. Lots of breaks so had to study your putts well. Cart paths only as some areas were a little wet. Practice area very nice, Average range balls. Putting green excellent shape.
Layout is great
Recent plugging/topdressing of greens detracted from playability but that's part of maintaining a quality course.
One of the best layouts in branson area
Beautiful tree lined, rolling countryside in great shape!
This is another wonderful course with challenging elevation changes. Lots of water and trees and a real joy to golf.
Thinking golfers course
Played it a day after rain, so course was not if perfect condition. Greens tended to be a bit slow to what I am used to playing. Can only remember one relatively straight hole (other than par 3's), some holes required shots over corner trees to shorten hole, a number had bordering water or over water shots. Par 3's were either longish, or over water or other hazardous area. Fun to play
I love this course!
I always have a great time playing this course. This was the first time my husband has played it and it took him some time to be able to play well there. But he is a fan now. Ha
The people are friendly and it's always fun. It was cart path only so it took longer. I hope to get to play when it's 90 degree again while the weather is nice.
Course was in great shape and the staff was excellent. The only problem was the very slow play.
We got an excellent green fee through GolfNow and the staff helped us get a great tee-time. We even stayed for the buffet fish dinner the local MGA was hosting as part of their tourney, and the cost was very reasonable.
I did not see a marshall on the course during our 5 hour round, but our foursome was behind a very slow group of three who played like they owned the course. They were terrible players who needed to get lessons in how to play, plus lessons in golf rules and etiquette. I have never in my life played behind such rude and inexperienced players and I have played for over 30 years.
Great challenge and beautiful.
My wife and I are here in Branson for her Birthday. We played LedgeStone and she got a Birdie at #5 for a Deuce!!
A beautiful, well-maintained course.
A challenging, fair design with great variety. Maintenance was outstanding and greens were near perfect. Large homes are set well back from the course so there is never a sense of being crowded. A real pleasure to play.
Great coarse, got it on a hot deal, so good for the price.
Great coarse, nice practice range, just don't like they charge $5.00 for a bag of range balls, Branson Creek, Payne Stewart, Murder Rock give free range balls.
One of our favorites courses
Had a great day! Great course...beautiful! Staff was very friendly.
Beautiful course
After playing three other Branson area courses, I was very surprised by the quality fairways and greens at Ledgestone. It combines beauty with a very playable course for all playing levels. The greens were medium speed and very easy to read speed and breaks. When I finished, wanted to play more instead of glad to survive. Certainly worth the drive from Texas to player multiple times during a week stay in Branson.
Ledgestone
Fairway slopes made it difficult to find balls and judge club due to the excessive amount of roll.
Great course - some interesting & challenging holes
The course is always in great condition - good fairways and great greens. Course has great layout and some challenging holes. Pace of play is always good - not played as much as other courses in the Branson area.
A GREAT VALVE FOR THE MONEY

So different in a good way of any course I have played.
I love the layout of this course. The winding fairways with blind spots and the high tee boxes on #3 and #15 are great.
Ledgestone
Best, prettiest, well kept golf course iv'e ever played.
great views, many doglegs and nice gps system
With great downhill views and tee shots you also get 5-6 uphill green shots. You need to play this course 2-3 times before you know what club to hit to the downhill par 3's and dogleg fairways. Greens were ok, sandy and pitted at spots. Would play this course again using golf now.
Greens were still healing from sand and overseeding
Overall, the course is well maintained but currently the greens have not healed from being aerated, sanded then overseeded, even though the pro shop told me that "we finished all that some time ago". It was apparant some time ago meant a week or two. Besides that, we thoroughly enjoyed the scenic beauty with the fall colors and the gps in the carts was an excellent feature.
Well maintained beautiful course.
Fairways were as good if not better than any I have ever played. Greens were also very good. Only problem was group in front would not let us through and there was no marshall to monitor slow play. If I had it to do again I would have skipped ahead of them and drove back to play skipped holes! Scenery is amazing.
