Best condition I've seen The Highlands in
Best condition I've seen The Highlands in. Slower play. No beverages offered on-course a 95° day. Ouch.
Water Coolers Empty on the Course
Reason for my low rating is that it was a very hot day. We were assured that there would be water on the course and yet the coolers were empty. One container had a small trickle of water; others totally empty. This is inexcusable on a hot day.
Great place to warm up
State of the art practice facilities in the heart of the city. The course itself is relatively short, 2956 from the tips, but 4 tee boxes and terrific conditions.
Very good course
The course is in pretty good shape for a public course!!, we got behind 4 new golfers that slowed the round!!
Paid fee twice
I paid my fee online then the guy at the pro shop said we had to pay the convenience at the shop since one person was paying and GolfNow would refund me my fee I paid them, still waiting on a refund
Good round
Hot day but not terrible. NO ONE on the course until we got to 9. Yardage markers on the ground much more accurate than scorecard.
A Good Round - Even With The Rain
Hadn't played this course in a couple years. Got an opportunity and jumped on it. Thunderstorms in am; just rain in afternoon. Course was wet, but not soggy.
I had a great time playing solo (my partner begged off).
I'll be back!

Highlands is great for quick round
Fun 9 hole in beautiful FoPO. Great for a fast round during weekday
Great time out with my son
I booked this teetime at very last minute. Course is pretty good . Hut weather didnt co operate with us. It was windy and cold. Course layout is very nice some tee boxes are really close to park roads so you hear those cars pass hy. Overall great time at the course.
fun course
I always enjoy playing the Highlands. It's a little short but has some good holes and nice big greens.
Great Crouse... Terrible Scheduling
The course is always in great shape but they ALWAYS over book the course... Usually it's a slow round of golf because of this but tolerable. That was not the case my last round here. We had a 6pm tee time and didn't tee off until 6:30. We only got 6 holes in before it got dark, (gets dark at 8-830). 3 hour pace of play for 9 holes is unacceptable. If they would stop over booking the course it's a great 9 hole layout that's always in good shape.
