Highlands Golf & Tennis Club

The course is always in great shape but they ALWAYS over book the course... Usually it's a slow round of golf because of this but tolerable. That was not the case my last round here. We had a 6pm tee time and didn't tee off until 6:30. We only got 6 holes in before it got dark, (gets dark at 8-830). 3 hour pace of play for 9 holes is unacceptable. If they would stop over booking the course it's a great 9 hole layout that's always in good shape.

We had 12:15 tee time and teed off at 12:25 as twosome behind a four and a three. A single and a two behind us. Seems like there could have been some tee time management to make pace more efficient and golf more fun. Reeeaally slow. Course was I nice shape, is pretty and a fun place to play.

Have not played this course in decades, when it was the old Triple AAA. Good fun course. Not overly difficult, but still some little challenges. Course was in good shape for a muni.

There was a group of twenty high school girls that teed off right at the same time we were supposed to tee off. There was also a league that was after us. Needless to say, the course was very backed up all evening and it took us three hours to play. If we didn't have to play for our league I would have demanded money back before ever teeing off. Clearly this course has no regard for its regular customers. The least the could have done was made everyone aware before they took their money or even showed up.its a double standard when they expect you to call when you can't make it and they can't call to tell you they gave away your tee time to someone else.

Course was very nice. Fairways, greens, and traps are well maintained. Greens were fast.

Vast improvement over the old AAA conditions. Very nice course. Enjoyed the rounds that I have played. Keep up the good conditions.

Fun short course in good shape.... Will play again!

The staff is great, the course is fun, and the setting is wonderful, pace is a littke sliw because sone walk and some ride but other then that nice nice time

Nice easy course....but I got lost because none of the holes were marked! Halfway through the round the grounds crew brought out the signs. I guess they are installing new poles and signs?

I love this course ! Greens roll true. Layout is great. Fun to play.

This place is great. It's a nice 9 hole public course that's well maintained, and has a driving range with mats. It also has a nice putting green and pitching/chipping range at your disposal as well. Staff is always friendly, and the 7th hole is pretty beautiful.

This is a good course if you are looking for a quick walking nine. The course plays easy with only 1 par 5. Course is usually in decent shape for having a lot of foot traffic. I would recommend playing this early morning, if it is a nice day the course can backup making it a long nine holes. You will see a lot of amateurs playing which slows down pace as well, would not recommend playing this mid day. Has a nice driving range to practice before your round usually hitting off of mats. Course does play very tight and driver is not needed on many holes. Nothing really to do after your round at the course.

For a municipal course it was well kept and layer out nicely. I don't expect a lot from municipals. This is close by and has a nice driving range. It'll work well for what I need.

I'd describe this course as average. It was in decent shape with some greens that needed work. I've played here a few times and it can get pretty backed up. Wanted to eat but the restaurant wasn't open yet at noon. It does have a driving range. The guy inside wasn't nice, but not rude, just not interested. Sometimes you can get a great price on golfnow and it's definitely worth the money if you aren't looking for a high end course. The restaurant has a nice patio. Looks like a decent place to go after you are done if it's open. I'll go back.

Moderate course as a whole. A little spendy for 9 holes.$25. Nice walk. Can get crowded.
