Showed up here on our way home from playing and decided we didn't have enough. Walked in and the counter guy was great. Let us on for $20 for 18 and cart.
There is nothing over the top about this course, but for a small town course this one was in excellent condition.. The greens were pristine, which is unusual for a course with this many trees and the high humidity off the river.
The course defends itself with tall trees that narrow the fairways about 200 yards out on a number of holes, and the areas around the green are kept tall, so you can't just try to bounce it up on the green -- except for a narrow window right in front.
It was a good course and one I will play again.
It looks like they have a heck of a good league night on Wednesdays!
