Some greens in only fair shape.

Tee boxes close to greens on some holes which could be risky.

Nice staff.

Would play again.

My only complaints it that a few tee boxes had little to no grass and the booking software said there were only 1-2 player slots available so I couldn't book a foursome. When we played there was Noone paired with us and plenty of space infront of us. I don't know if a bunch of people canceled but I would of liked to book a foursome

This was my first time here, played 18 holes (9 x2). The fairways were pretty brown in a lot of areas, not sure if they have irrigation and it's been pretty hot and dry. The greens were in decent shape overall. Played with my brother who has played here previously and said the fairways typically aren't in as bad of condition. I'd go again toward the end of the season and see if the grass bounces back.

Interesting old 9 hole layout. A bit rough around some edges but fun and playable for our high handicap foursome. We played 9 in just over 2 hours even though it seemed fairly busy. Would go back. Nice new bar.

A little slow but you know it’s a great place for all levels - actually loved seeing kids play and were serious about it!

Based on other commenters input, I had very low expectations for this round however, I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was welcoming and friendly. This nine hole course offers many short gettable par fours that require an accurate tee shot. I thought the layout of the course was fun and the conditions were generally good with the exception of two tee boxes that were unplayable. I had a great time and would come back. Great value

We arrived 30 minutes before our T-time and were able to head out almost immediately after arrival. No one in front and no one behind until Hole# 5. Great day!

Played here 30 times + over the years. Course was recently sold and new owners are currently remodeling the pro shop/ restaurant. Because of this prices have spiked. Not worth the $ charged if you are going to ride. Walking 9 is a good deal if you don’t mind subpar conditions and just looking to get out and play an afternoon 9

Nice track. Friendly staff and good greens. Just to help out staff due to some info from Golf Now not transferring with registration, please open your registration on golf now and show to staff at Pro Shop. Will play again and recommend to friends. Walkable

Played for the first time and enjoyed our round. It's a nice layout with small greens and narrow fairways. I heard there were new owners and I can see this course being g a nice little gem with some updating. I will play it some more.

We are on the 3rd hole at Pine Valley in Pelham, NH with nobody at all behind us and this manager or whatever comes over to us and says immediately "what the h3ll are you kids thinking?" "You don't play 7, you play 4 and 3" "none of you can even hit the fric8en ball, your not doing it. Split it up. Split it up now."

Starts to drive away and says "I'll be back and if your not Split up I'll kick you out"

Mind you, the youngest is in their late 20s..

Meanwhile I'm at the top of the hill with half of the guys witnessing this so I start talking about how unprofessional he was and he drives up and says "if you got a problem, you can leave."

I said sir, "I'm new to this game, I don't know how to play and if you want to teach us something I'm more than willing to listen. I don't appreciate you yelling at us or insulting our golf game with comments like "you guys can't even hit the frick8n ball"".

He responded with "if you want you can leave" so I said "I'll come with you right now, just give me my money back" he said, "great. Come with me." I said "okay sir"

Variety of par 4s and a great par five a nice challenge with tight teeshot targets.

second is a challenging tight par 3. an easy walk.
