The course played fair, wind affected some shots, the greens ran true, conditon of course was very good, can see where they are making improvements which should add to the enjoyment of the course.
Disappointing
Difficult to navigate because of extremely poor or non-existent signage.
No golf ball cleaning devices on the back nine and few on the front nine.
Extremely high tee boxes for no apparent reason. Older golfers will find the constant climbs to be tiring.
Many cart path only areas.
General course conditions were average or below average with the exception of the greens which were in excellent condition.

Very narrow fairways, defined by mounding on both sides. This leads to some blind shots. There is plenty of water too. But there are some very exciting holes. Especially # 6, a par 4 with its split fairway, the one on the right is an island. #7 is a par 3 with an island green. And # 18, a shorter par 4 with a forced carry over water to the green.
