One of the best daily fee courses in the area.
The course is always a good test of your skills and abilities. The fairways were in good shape and the greens were in perfect condition. The speed of the greens accentuated the undulations. It is truly one of the best golf courses I play every year.
Best in the shore area
A real challenge. Great condition. Fast and difficult greens. Bring your A game.
Prepare to be humbled.
Tee boxes great. Generous fairways. Difficult side hill lies common on many holes. Bunkering over the top. Greens are lightening fast.
This course is long
First time here, live in Florida, the course was challenging, but fun. Many, many sand traps, stay on the fairway!! Lots of hills too. Took us two players, 5 hours to play without having to wait for anyone or anyone close behind us! Not sure I'll come back it was very, very pricey, being that there are many nice courses to choose from close by here. Over all, I love golf so $$ wasn't an issue, I enjoyed the play!!
150 dollars on a Monday? This place better be good.
Nope. Not that great at all. The driving range mats were 15 years old, there is no GPS in the carts, no course maps on cards. This is my second time playing the course, the first being years ago. So all I really remembered was the monster par 5 number 9. Is you’re unfamiliar with the course you will suffer. Lots of sand. I’m mean ALOT of sand. If the fee was 80 bucks I probably would be so disappointed.

The greens were in great shape. The course was in good condition. There were a couple of areas that were bare but 90% of the fairways were good. The bunkers (and there are a lot of them were well raked and the grass around the green were well manicured. Tha pace of play was great. Just over 4 hours for 18 holes.
Great design
Great course. You will use all clubs, and better avoid the many well placed bunker's,
Greens were good not many flat putts, so try to set up short second. Pace of play was good.

A very challenging course. Tons of traps and long holes. Pace was fine, and on par with busy public course. Def worth a visit!

First time playing Shore Gate. Challenging course with tight fairways and plenty of bunkers. Course in great condition. Would come back next year for sure
Awesome Afternoon at Shore Gate
Managed to score an afternoon Hot Deal at this premier shore course. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Was paired up with three enjoyable golfers. Course was in great shape. Greens were rolling nice. Seemed like every pin was behind a bunker, don’t be short (LOL)
