Booked tee time 2 weeks in advance. Day of tee time called for rain but never did, so course was fairly quiet.
had a good pace. Greens in good shape for december. Would be in excellent shape if people knew how to repair their marks.

Enjoyed the day overall
First time playing here. Only 1 golfer allowed in bare bones pro shop at a time- was annoying standing outside with other golfers anxious to get their round going. Was a windy day. Average course conditions throughout-but decent for Nov. Greens were punched about 3 weeks ago so grass was long and putting was slow. Thought it late in the year for that. If you don't want to play 3 par 3's over 200 yards from the blue's, you'll need to mix some white tees in with your round. Would like to play here again when the weather is warmer and greens are faster, Green no. 3 will be an interesting and "Hairy One" to putt if your ball is in the wrong place. Had a great cheeseburger at Maggies' after the round, food came out very fast. Enjoyed the day overall.

Nice Fairways
Fairways were in great shape along with most of the greens. Outside staff were very friendly

You Get What You Pay For
Fun but not very challenging layout, always feel like the course is a little too long from the blues (especially on the par 3’s) and a little too short from the whites. Course conditions are sub par though, the greens are cut like fairways and fairways are like the first cut on a well maintained course; but for $40 with a cart this is to be expected. Biggest gripe is the pace of play, somehow the 1st tee is always backed up and “running 15 minutes behind” how does that even happen? Poor management by the starter. Due to cheap rates and not a ton of other public options in the area this course is booked up by a lot of beginners and people who are oblivious of etiquette and playing ready golf. No ranger on the course to keep it moving. Wish they would increase time between tee times, 8 minute times puts too many groups on the course especially when it attracts lower quality golfers. Staff is always friendly, and love the convenience of having Maggie’s right there for post round drinks. Good place to play with your friends that aren’t serious golfers. At the end of the day 18 holes with a cart for $40 is tough to beat, even if you’re dealing with slow play and rough course conditions.
