***don't waste your money on this course ***
This place doesn't exercise logical sense. There was a frost delay that led is to tee off at 1230..our original time 1150.
But around 3pm or so, ranger came up and told us to return carts by 4pm..and walk!!!
Lol, he said signs all over the place.. guess he doesn't realize signs are not posted for people booking online...
And the whole staff in general, completely rude.
Miserable and don't wanna be there in the first place.
Never going back there.

Solid track
Greens are nice & fast, course in great condition. They have done a great job with the conditions all summer..play it from the back tees & you have a real challenge. Very underrated course & ive played all over Jersey, this competes with any of the best public tracks. Right up there with Heron Glen, Neshanik, Berkshire, all of em.

Horrendous Service
I was forced to share a cart with a stranger even though there were plenty carts available (and I paid for one). The course has no water on the course and has no amenities at the club house (no drinks, food, etc). They also didn’t regulate the people on the course enough and there was a back up on nearly every hole. This probably would have been better if every golfer who paid for a cart was allowed to have one. A groundskeeper yelled at my partner and said he was too close to the green with the cart (about 40 feet away) but they don’t put out “no carts” signs like every other course I’ve been to. To end the horrible service, the course ranger came to us when we were finishing up the 16th hole telling us we had to bring back the carts after the 17th hole because it was getting too late to have carts out. We obviously ignored these instructions and finished our round. I’ll probably never be coming back to this course.

wet conditions
I was to play 18 holes but could only get in 9 because of the pace of play and the fact that the cart needed to be returned by 630. Very disappointing

Not Friendly
My first few holes I shot a 7,7,8. I owe my first few bad holes to the greens keeping lady who yelled at me and my friend for getting dropped off in the employee parking lot. She even went out of her way to yell at us in front of everyone in the clubhouse , leaving me quite embarrassed and rattled on the first tee box. Overall the solo I played with was a good guy. Course was in great condition.

Don’t come here for twilight
Not worth the money if you plan to play anytime after 3, carts have to be in early. You’re expected to play at super speeds Staff is overbearing and unfriendly. Range is inoperable, what a shame for such a nice course overall

I like this course. It’s great and Challenging however the last two times it has been a very miserable experience. I will never play here again.
1. Staff is rude and flat out mean to everyone.. it’s honestly laughable how rude they are.
2. The carts must be returned by 7:30pm during twilight, they sell you $50 and you only get in 10 holes.
3. The ranger follows you and tells you to play quicker even if you are being held up by someone in front of you.
Do not play here.

The best county course I have played so far
Wow I did not expect this course to be so nice to play considering it's a county course. It had great views, unique hole layouts, and the conditions exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend playing this county course if you haven't played here. The best out of the 3-4 I have played so far. Only downsides is it's by a police academy and gun shots are heard often. Other than that can't really think of a reason not to go here.

Darlington review
Very slow play on a Friday afternoon - some bunkers had rocks and the greens were in need of players fixing divots - we must have fixed 25 divots when there was a lot more work needed
