Great for the money
Played front 9. As always, staff is super friendly and course is in great condition. Lots of bunkers on every hole if you need practice hitting out of the sand like me
Highway robbery
Course is worth about $30 not the $80 they charge, idk what they’re doing but everything is just so beat up and gone to wasted, i would not recommend this course to anyone, the owner and superintendent should be embarrassed for charging what they charge, it is highway robbery, hopefully they make a change soon but highly doubt it!

Another day at The Links.
The course is doing a lot of work to make each hole a little more playable. Best value for your buck in the area.

Just ok
Thankfully I got the Hot deal. Orherwose review would be worse.

Pack your patience and beer
Theres is no mgmt/starter the tee times. They take your $$ and it’s your problem now. The first five holes we had three different groups skip us only to be waiting on the next tee. Foursome, foursome, single, foursome, single, twosome. Pack plenty of beer. You’ll need it for the six hr round

Fabulous Local Course
I began to play this course last year in October 2022. I found it really enjoyable, challenging yet manageable. The staff makes this course the best. They are the nicest people from the general manager to the maintenance staff to the barbecue chef. I like the course so much I began a new ladies league in April 2023. I can say that all the things that I found wonderful about this course were solidified through the collaboration of the GM helping me start the league. We have had two outings this season. One better than the next. All of the players love this course, and everything it has to offer. I highly recommend joining their triple play membership which offers a reduced fee to play at all three of the courses-the Links golf course, Rancocas Golf golf course, and Golden Pheasant. I have also played at these other two courses and find the same welcoming staff and atmosphere that I enjoy at the Links golf course.

Hasn’t improved
Hasn’t improved since the last time I’ve played. $70+ for a round here is kinda crazy & not a great value. There are far better courses condition and layout wise in the area that are cheaper or comparable in price.

Nice links course
Great course to play, very much a Links style with the fairway makeup. We went on a “cart path only” day, and my only complaint is the cart paths were in rough shape with lots of puddles and mud.

Keep it just like it is….
Play it from the back for the most enjoyment. I don’t know of a better layout for the money in SJ. Crushes Scotland Run and Riverwinds for 2/3rds the cost Make sure you BYOB. Weird set up for beers and drinks. Get by the first 2 holes then hit away all day. Enjoy!
