Keep it just like it is….
Play it from the back for the most enjoyment. I don’t know of a better layout for the money in SJ. Crushes Scotland Run and Riverwinds for 2/3rds the cost Make sure you BYOB. Weird set up for beers and drinks. Get by the first 2 holes then hit away all day. Enjoy!

Haven’t played this course in almost 2 years and boy was I impressed. The fairways were very well maintained. Greens were in excellent condition but very fast. Only negative thing about this course were some of the tee boxes. There was also a beverage cart driving around every 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend playing this “links” course!

First time - I'll come back
Played the front 9. Challenging bunkers and hazards, but course was fun and in very good condition.
Just a side note - Alcoholic beverages aren't available unless you are a member, which has a three day waiting period if you sign up for free.
No beverage carts on course.

Disappointed
Tee boxes were in terrible shape. Greens were decent, but seemed to have been punched much later than other clubs, so still a bit choppy. No on course cart for beverages or food. $70 was very steep for the return on investment. Shame too as the links is a great layout and was always in very good shape. Will not return

Course review
The course has some challenging holes to test you but most are dog legged or flat . Good walking course

The Links
Its been a number of years since last played. Layout it still challenging. Grrens and fairways were very good. Not much sand in the bunkers.
