Greens aerated
Greens were all aerated with sand on them . Wish they would've let me know this I would've passed on golf this day.
Nice course with tree lined fairways

Back nine is shameful
The front nine is really nice so you wonder where the bad reviews come from. Then you play the back nine. OMG I dont think its seen a lawnmower in weeks-and its been hot and dry all week. The fairways are like rough-the length of the ball. We could hot a ball down the middle of the fairway and then scarcely be able to find the ball! Seriously had to search for it. Horrible shape. Deep, weeds, etc. like jungle ball. So only play there if all you want to play is 9 homes.

Course has improved
Course conditions have improved since I last played the course . Specifically the back nine was in much better shape. All the greens were in great shape as well.
Dog track
Course was in terrible shape. The tee boxes all chewed up and long grass. Greens all holes and divids. I do not recommend.

Meh
It was a hot deal so cant complain about price. But Tee boxes were as bad as my back yard. Some greens were covered in leaves and goose droppings. It was just ok

Don’t be fooled by the value
You get what you pay for, we were backed up all day even walking when the people in front of us were using carts. The back 9 was nearly flooded on every hole and the tee boxes were all beat up. There were also bugs everywhere and our whole group got bit up badly. Wouldn’t recommend

Well worth the money
Honestly can’t beat a late afternoon tee time for $22. The course was nice, especially for the price and the area it’s in. The staff was very friendly. The pace of play was a tad slow but I’ve played courses that were way worse with that. The only thing is (and it’s not specific to this course) no one fixes ball marks on the green. I’m not big on “proper etiquette” with how someone dresses, music, noise or anything like that, but I don’t get how people are so lazy these days
Front nine better than the back (water issues). Could use some pace of play enforcement.
Fun Course Layout
The course was in good shape, not perfect but acceptable, especially considering the value.
Better players may find it a bit lacking for challenge, but I found it to be challenging enough for my taste.
