Very nice walking course
The relatively level landscaping makes this course easy to walk. We played the front 9. Grounds were in very good shape. Holes could be better marked for first-time players, especially. Restaurant offered a wide selection of appealing dishes, and food was great. Gave it an excellent rating for combination of value, conditions, and ease of play.
Good not Great
Course overall is improving every time I go. Wasn’t very happy with the Maintenance crew as they had no courtesy to those playing the course. I understand they work hard to get the course in shape but to sit there 10 ft from you while putting is unacceptable. See picture. The person in this picture is not the one writing the review. This happened to me right before this shot.
The days are getting shorter
Teed off at 12:35 and got 15 holes in. Rain is in the ten day but East orange remains in great shape.
What a green!
On top of a good course condition, GREEN was very nice for NOV.
I can not wait to come again.
Great conditione
4 hr and 15 minute round on a nice weather Thursday. Red the starter was cordial as always and course was dry and firm. Favorite local course
Grumpy staff
When it started to become dark, a worker who usually takes care of the carts stopped me and my co players at the 16th hole with major attitude and ordered us to return the carts. I totally understand that he’s got a job to do however there’s a better way to talk to people.
Simple, Enjoyable Round
Very nice round for a Sunday in November. Course was crowded, but pace of play wasn't an issue. Very forgiving layout with wide fairways and not many hazards.
very pleasantly surprised
have played a few courses around here since moving to NJ and this, in my opinion has been the best so far. interesting layout, and course was in immaculate shape for early november after a few days of rain. can’t speak on pace as we were the second group out in the AM on a weekend. will be back.

Unfortunately the friendliness of the staff is the worst at any golf course I've recently visited.
