Great course
Second time on west. I’ve played east once. West is a bit more challenging.
Given the weather lately the course is in great shape. Bunkers could use some TLC but that seems to be every course at the moment.
Staff is friendly. In the clubhouse and the starters have always been social and smiling. Starters seem to keep the pace very well.
Seems like round costs are up all over so not sure how to gauge value anymore. That being said the course is pretty well maintained and the staff is great. Played as a twosome each time here. On east we went out as a twosome. West both times we had great pairing and the other twosome were fun to play with. Great course and close by for me. Will definitely play here again.
Place is a gem. Enjoy some of the best public golf in the state.
Garbage
The east course is extremely boring with no real variation, but the problem with this course is I left my range finder there and called to see if they had it to which the answered yes. Upon arrival I was informed that they gave my 300$ range finder to some other kid because he’s “an ace” (not sure what that means). Luckily he provided me with an 80$ range finder he pulled out of the back…absolutely ridiculous.
Great conditions
The course was well maintained even though there has been almost no rain here. Had a great round !
Very solid course
Course was in excellent shape, greens are soft but in good shape. Tees are nicely groomed. Walked right up and played, no waiting. Not crowded and played in under 4 hours.
Course Review
The course has at least five challenging holes. Nice shape with some brown spots which is not unusual for this time of year. I thought $75 on Golf Now on a Sunday was over priced for this course.
