Tucked away in the foothills of the Berkshires, Beekman Country Club sits right where the mountains rise from the Hudson Valley, which provides spectacular views throughout the 27-hole golf course. Divided into three nines, the holes offer three different 18-hole courses with unique but equally scenic vistas. The Taconic/Highland combination starts with the most challenging nine of the three and ends with the most picturesque. The Taconic nine features narrow fairways and tricky water hazards. The back nine hardly gets any easier. The Highland climbs up over 500 feet, giving golfers a panoramic view from the valley to Stormville Mountain. The par-3 fourth hole on the Highland nine is the club's signature. Noted for its beauty, the hole is especially stunning in the springtime when the dogwood trees that line its fairways are in full bloom.

Always Reliable
Beekman has always been a very reliable course. Meaning conditions are always good, can usually get a tee time, not expensive and nice layout. Beekman is like you favorite neighborhood restaurant.
Course is in Great Shape- Still offering carts to singles riders if the want!
What a great course
Went out to this beautiful course for the first time today for play 18 and what a great experience. Went out by myself early this morning and it was a great day. Was paired up with three great people and couldn’t have asked for a better day. Only negative is the greens were very very hard to read but other then that, it was one of the nicest golf courses in this area at a great price. Will definitely be back soon!

Fathers day special with lunch and drink included was very nice! Everyone is so nice.
Good but sharing carts?
Thistle course is great. However they fail to tell you that you have to share a cart with a stranger. They claim to have a cart shortage. They do put a shower curtain-like partition which makes it just weird. I will only play this during the Covid situation if I book with friends so I don’t have to be forced to ride with a stranger.
First time playing this course (played Valley & Taconic 9s) was quite enjoyable. It was helpful to play with a regular in order to give you the lines for some of the tee shots that are blind. Took a cart since playing the course for the first time but I plan on walking next time since the elevation changes are minimal. Taconic nine was more challenging since several tee shots required more precise placement to set you up for the approach to the green. And speaking of greens, they are small in size & they rolled true.

Great Round of Golf
This was my first time playing Beekman and I was pleasantly surprised. The different nine-hole courses proved fun and challenging. The course was in great shape and the staff hospitality on the course was accessible and the employees friendly and helpful. Great course to play and I would recommend it to anyone.
Great and fun course
I love this course and layout. The fairways and greens are in great shape. Unfortunately the tee boxes and rough really need to be cut. They are operating with a short maintenance crew so overall considering with the pandemic they're doing a good job. Thank you for being open!! This is a great course and look forward to playing it again.

Great course, immaculate condition
Been coming here forever. Great course, great layout. Mid season condition. Only negative; Golfnow dropped the ball once again, advertising and charging for a "cart included", knowing well that the courses in NY are temporarily forbidden to use carts, walking only. Not the courses fault. 27 holes of great golf holes, pristine shape, challenging and worth every penny. Highly recommend, I'll be back again this summer.
