About
The Golf Club at Middle Bay is located on Long Island's south shore overlooking the barrier islands of Jones Beach, Point Lookout, and Lido Beach. Nearly every hole looks out across water. Though the golf course is just an hour outside of New York City, you'll feel as though you've been whisked off to an out-of-town resort. The layout has a challenging design that will test your accuracy with tree-lined fairways and strategically placed bunkers. Wind will also be a factor on this golf course. The Golf Club at Middle Bay is a tough but fair layout that players of all skill levels will enjoy. In addition to the golf course, there is also a driving range available.

Fun but demanding
Always a pleasure to play here. But hard greens that do not hold the ball, water, and narrow fairways make this a true challenge.

Great all around
Ron and his staff are awesome
I use the club for business as well as pleasure and never had an issue getting times. The layout is good and pace of play is fine as I only go during the week.
I recommend you play this course you will be pleasantly surprised especially the holes in the back by the waterfront area. Truly beautiful. A hidden gem in Oceanside. Make it happen.

Beautiful conditioned course. It’s gotten expensive in the last few years especially since there are no more discounts for seniors.

Golf carts not being able to cover the course is a pain.

Won't play here again until they fix driving range situation
The course is more than fine in terms of playability, value, and condition, but prepare to be pelted by range balls on the 9th and 13th holes. There is absolutely no protection from the driving range and balls are consistently flying within inches of golfers on trying to play these holes. Extremely uncomfortable situation that I hope management fixes before someone gets seriously injured.

Great Course

Good course for a hot deal
Tee boxes were good, but could be better. I feel like every course has a hill on the white tee box. I'm standing either a few inch above or below the ball. Why can't it be level? Golf courses should normalize having those golf range mats as an option. I probably would prefer that then teeing up on a hill.
Fairways really good. Above avg for public.
Greens were excellent.
Cart path only that day but whatever, keep it nice after a rain storm. I get it.
Cart girl closed at 3:45, a bit early. Would of bought beer at 5pm.
Windy course it's on the water. +2 clubs into the wind.
I would be pretty upset paying full price $85 with the amount of shells on the course, poop, debris, etc.
I recommend playing here for hot deals/ twilight. Really above avg conditions. Could be much better with not a lot of effort to keep the debris to make it perfect.
