Slow play

First 9 holes took 2 1/2 hours then after the 10 th hole the course was backed up with 2 foursomes waiting in tee box. Next 3 holes took 1 hour and 20 mins. Left after 13 th hole at that point I was 5 hours into round and had another 5 holes to play. Before leaving I saw ranger hanging out at 1 st tee with starter, maybe the ranger should’ve been on course speeding up play.

Needs work

This is the second Westchester County course I’ve played this season where maintenance has slacked off. Greens are un decent shape, but rough is too long, some bunkers are overgrown with weeda abd tee bixes are cart paths are beaten up. The county can di better and has in the past.

Greens and tees

Nice friendly staff. Greens painfully slow. Need another set of tees, both men’s tees measured 6,000 yds. Tool long for most senior players. I am 79 a solid 12 handicap and could not reach many holes in regulation. Almost 6 hrs. to play 18 holes.

8 hour day

I understand it’s busier on weekends no matter where you play but it took us SIX hours to play 18 holes. Got there 12:15 for a 1pm tee time to hit some balls and stretch and didn’t leave there until 7:15. With traveling, it was an 8 hour day. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very good

Great conditions for a cold April day. Let out as a single bit joined another single. Pace was good. The driving range being on the 10th fairway is strange. Course is fairly difficult for me as not a good player, decent amount of hazards, blind shots but everything was in great shape for a cold April afternoon. Will definitely play again. I should’ve brought a jacket

Husband wife outing successful

Lovely course in good condition.

Tee boxes beat up a little

Sand of mixed quality, one bunker was soft sand, another hard stuff

Fairways and greens were lovely and moderate - not fast except for the obvious downhill pitches

- just over four hours fifteen on a weekday with two other folks
