Devil's beach Sand traps
Really good course conditions for sommer and lots and à lots of sand traps. But I like beachs à lot
Great course especially for the price
This summer rate allows play to those who want to play better courses, but can’t afford the high rates in the winter. The course was in great shape. It is somewhat narrow on the Palmer course, but not too difficult. The pace was slow because I had a foursome in front of me that did not have the etiquette to let me play through. I would recommend this course or try the Faldo course and take advantage of these great rates and beautiful surroundings.
Slow and Bumpy
Layout is great, staff is top notch. Only complaint is no notification of recent punching of greens. Very slow and bumpy trying to keep them healthy.
Greens will be great in about 2 weeks.
Great! You’ll have fun.
Great conditions, not just for summer golf. Greens were a touch slow and bumpy, but didn’t get in the way. Go, you’ll have fun!
Great course
Course is in really good condition for mid July. Beers cost way, way too much. White tees had a couple forced carries which I did not clear, but still nice conditions.
Very nice course
Course was in very good condition with undulating greens and nice fairways. Tee boxes were fine also. Water bottles provided, but ice melted too fast, so cooler was just a pool of water after hole 5. Free range balls which is always nice. Only downside is price of beers. $12 for 16 oz colors light. They could generate more income if they dropped it to $5-$6 like other courses. This creatures the desire for folks to sneak beers in to their bags. Still enjoy outing and holes can be difficult for a 20 handicap driving 200 yard carries. Good day, though. Recommend!
Palmer Course
I recently had the pleasure of playing the Wildfire Golf Club at the JW Marriott, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The Palmer course, which I played for the first time, truly exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I arrived, the course’s pristine condition and attention to detail were evident. The layout of the Palmer course was both challenging and fun, with stunning views that made every hole feel like a new adventure. The variety of holes kept me engaged throughout the round, and the strategic design made me think on every shot.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facilities at the JW Marriott were top-notch. The clubhouse had a great atmosphere, and it was the perfect place to relax after a round of golf. The greens were fast and true, and the fairways were in perfect condition – making for a smooth and enjoyable game.
Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just starting out, I highly recommend the Palmer course at Wildfire Golf Club. It's one of the best golf experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I will definitely be coming back!
Great course
The course was in perfect condition especially for the heat.
