We really like this course
Now that it's so hot out it's easy to get a tee time and not be rushed to play. We really enjoy this course. And we saw the carp again on hole15(?)
Pleasantly Surprised
I hadn't played the Reserve in a little over a year. Boy was I happily surprised. Aside from the fact that there was a ton of rain the night before, the course was in very nice shape. One green on the back had a few spots in the collar, but the pin wasn't near it. The greens are a little on the slower side but roll very true. They look PERFECT. Pace of play was very nice on a Saturday morning as we finished in about 3:45. Will certainly go back again.
Great course
Great course good fairways, everything seemed maintained well, though the greens were just air raided.
Great value
Worth playing. Fun layout in nice condition. Staff is great.
Good Course, In OK Shape
This was my first time playing here and I wasn't shocked by it, but it is "off season" right now so the course wasn't in peak conditions. In peak season, I think this course could be a great course. However, at the turn they don't have a grill or bar and the pro shop doesn't accept CASH. They did have a cart out that had some food and drinks and we saw her a good amount, but it wasn't that busy. All in all not a bad course and ill probably play again at some point.
Cool night golf
Great course to play at night beats hot and humid day time golf. But give yourself extra time very hard to find.once your there well worth it.
Reserve at Orange Lake
Pro shop friendly, efficient;
Course in good shape, a few wet areas, including driving range which was closed. Course not long in length, but very tight, greens in great shape.
Six some on a Saturday Morning...Really?
7:43 tee time on a Saturday and on hole 1 we see a group of six golfers on the number 2 green! Round went downhill from there. Pace of play was horrible! Everything that is wrong with Resort Golf. 2 of us quit after 11 holes. To their credit, staff was apologetic, but they let this happen to start with. Course was in ok condition. Greens were very slow however.
Course was in great shape. Played in under 4 hour on. A Sat.
Love the Course and conditions. Would play again any time I get a chance.
Great Course
The course was in excellent condition. The starter was so kind and welcoming. It got the day off to a nice start even with weather lurking. This has always been one of my favorite courses and it did not disappoint. Great service on the course with frequent visits from the snack and beverage cart. We ran into the starter on the course as he doubled as a ranger. Starters, rangers, and on course beverage carts are a lost art these days! Great day and we will be back.
Great course!
I have played this course several times, and this was the best yet. The conditions of the course are fantastic! The greens keeping crew has done a phenomenal job! The course layout is tricky but fair - allows you to open up your driver but also requires precision shots with your irons.
Great executive course.
If you are in the Kissimmee area with the family and can't spare 5 hours on a round play here. This is a 9 hole executive course. It plays like a par 3 on six hours, but on three tees most will need a driver or fairway. Challenging course that you can easily play in 2 hours. Next time I'm in town I'm planning to play a round here before we head to some of the parks.
Great night golf. Challenge for me and my son had a blast.
I love this course because it has lights on until 11pm. It's a great way to beat the Florida heat. Can even catch a glimpse of the Disney fireworks on hole 3 or 4. As a par 3 I was not expecting much, but it was a good balance between challenging and enjoyable. One kid can play for free with a playing adult. I took my son for his first golf outing and he had a blast. We ended up playing 18. The only thing I would suggest is they better light the bridge behind the restroom on 4.
Nice course
Good conditions, convenient to Disney area, nice layout.
Challenging executive layout
Love the Island green, par 4’s can challenge, great value and fun way to start any day
Gotta know where to place your shots
They just sanded not too long ago but they still rolled ok. Pitches landed really soft and chips skipped some due to the sand but what are you going to do. Check in was a breeze, cart guy asked us for our receipt, said we didn’t get one, he said you a golf-nower we said yes, he said get outta here. Now I know there was no malice and he was kidding but even that made us feel unwanted. Look if you don’t want golf now people out there don’t agree to post tee times. Everyone else was great, everyone else meaning the cart girl. We were paired up with a single and cruised along nicely. Conditions were good lots of water and sand. We enjoyed ourselves and will come back at some point and will recommend.
