I would guess that 95% of players are playing from the wrong set of tees, which slows down pace of play. More than four hours should be the exception, and not the rule.

Trees are strangling the golf course. Mission Inn should take out hundreds of trees as many clubs have done around the country.

Course is in terrific condition. Greens are rolling true and are not hard as cement. The bunkers could use a little more sand or a good churn of the rake as the rain has made them very very firm. The pace of play was perfect, we never caught the group in front and we’re never pressed by the group behind. The cart girl came by often and the restaurant serves a great burger.

Slow play will kill golf and kill this resort. Today was a five hour round on a course in a distressed condition. I won’t be coming back. Why have rangers if they are not willing or able to do anything?

Our group has been to Mission Inn many times. We played Los Colinas the first day and it was so bad we rescheduled the second round and moved to El Campeon. Los Colinas fairways were very poor and tee boxes were purely dirt - little to no grass. Very disappointed.

We also played El Campeon. A very nice layout and in better condition than Los Colinas but fairways thin, tee boxes in fair condition, and green were in good shape. I will give them the benefit of doubt but another experience like this may be our last time there.

Overall not bad could use some improvements to some tee boxes and fairways but not a show stopper for playing it again. This golf course is a 45 to 55 dollars. Would like to see greens hold shot better but not bad. I will come back again this fall

Pace of play can ruin any round. Our round took 4:45 as we watched the group in front of us putt out on every hole. There was a ranger, but he was intent on doing nothing. I can’t recommend the course based on this experience. I am a renter, and have to decide if I want to come back.

I have always enjoyed the the times have played there. Will provide you a challenge with some length of several holes; course was in overall good shape; greens solid and roll very well.

Staff and the course was amazing one of the best courses I ever played. I will recommend this course to anyone but it’s a hard one.

The course was in great shape even with all the rain the night before. The greens were in great shape and the fairways were good. The course layout was typical of what you normally see on the courses on the west side of Orlando with plenty of elevation changes with some significant elevation changes from the tee box to the fairways as you would see in North Carolina. And this course sits right in the middle of a hidden gem resort so the amenities and clubhouse were incredible. I played solo so I can’t wait to come back and play with friends. Would definitely recommend to anyone. It is a bit pricey though, but worth it if you feel like splurging.
