Mystic Dunes, a Hilton Vacation Club

This course is coming back and I will too! It has a significant renovation last summer and I understand a that a bit more work will be done after this season.

Course has made some changes since the last time I played here. They've reversed the nines and prefer the new layout. Some areas on the course are still under repair but overall the course conditions are really good. Will play again when I'm next in the Orlando area.

Nice changes to course, can’t wait for grass to mature and greens cut short’

I played this course at Mystic Dunes Golf Club several times the past few years. When I heard, they renovated the golf course I decided to come take a look. There’s still some areas that are growing in but overall it’s looking really good. The greens were fast the way I like them. I will definitely be back. Afterwards, we had lunch in the restaurant and enjoyed the cheeseburgers and beer. Can’t go wrong there!

Haven’t played since 2016 because of poor conditions. Decided to try again, total mistake. Tee boxes poor, fairways ok, undulating greens are tricky. Price is totally inconsistent with quality. The starter stated another course in the area was a cow pasture. He should have said “Mystic Dunes”.

Played Mystic a couple of times this week. Was impressed with the improvements from tee to green, the new grass is coming along nice. Greens were rolling true and fairways looking good too. Will definitely be back. Family loved that we are close to the parks too!

Course conditions were better than I expected. I really enjoyed the layout. I heard there were some changes made, seemed good to me!

I’ll preface by saying this is my home course, I’ve seen it at its best and absolute worst. This course got really bad over the past 5 years…. So, I was a bit skeptical booking a freshly reopened course as usually they’re still somewhat of a work in progress. Outside of a few tee boxes, this course is back! The staff is wonderful, Kenzie's restaurant is great after your round and the course has fully bounced back. I’d recommend anyone to play the course, great fairways, great greens, not a lot of rough because there’s a lot of sand. If you’ve played this course in the past 5 years and wrote it off because of its conditions, write it back in. They’ve changed the front 9 to the back 9, cleared some brush for better views of the course and have really manicured the golf course. Book whatever tee time you’re looking at, you won’t regret it.

I would definitely recommend this course as it will be on our rotation when we come back nextvyear

They have completely re sodded the whole course including new greens. Course is in great shape and fun to play.

The course was challenging and needs just a little bit more time for the greens and fairways to be excellent. My only complaint would be the lack of a beverage cart on the course.

Course went through a renovation this year and is in really nice shape given that fact.

Staff is super friendly and helpful.

The course just reopened in October after major resodding and it’s still got the game. What was the back 9 is now the front 9, and vice versa, which helps on the new 8th & 9th holes: at the end of the round, they were tough, but it’s better in the middle of the round now.

Give it a growing season and Mystic Dunes will be back to a must play while in Orlando.
