Ponte Vedra Inn & Club

This is a very nice golf course in pretty good shape for this time of year except for the sand traps which have a lot of stone and in some cases very little sand. Range balls are furnished with your golf fee which is very nice. They have a very nice range. The greens were in good shape not extremely fast. Obtained this course off of Tee Off at a reasonable rate, but they are hard to find.

played this course 1 time years ago and it was awful. Read the reviews last week and decided to give it another chance. What a change, course is in excellent shape one of the best in the area. Greens super fast. tough and challenging but not crazy. Slow play was the only issue but weather was perfect. will try it again for sure

After reading reviews, I was concerned that he course would not be playable. It must have undergone a renovation in the last year. Course was in good shape, especially given the rain the day/night before. I would play again.

There's not a lot of trouble you can get into as it is a very nice layout and the owner is putting a lot of money in it to fix it up

A beautiful scenic layout in Ponte Vedra. A very fun course that has a few challenges but very fair. Several holes stick out but 16, 17, & 18 are a great way to finish the round.

Played in the charity tournament and found this course to be in the worst shape I have ever seen in 60 years playing golf .I guess they burned the fairways so what was left was mud and brown stubble - no actual grass -I’m surprised that they would let anyone play on a course in this condition - very sad example of a golf course !

Terrible. Greens were patchy with disesed grass. Fairways horrible with little or no grass . Dead

brown grass on everyfairways. $25 golf course.

back 9 was simply atrocious - Unreal as this course has gone wayyyy down hill. Grass not cut - Patches on greens - worst greens on back 9 ever seen - looked terrible - do not waste your time

I played here on multiple occasions and this is the worst I've ever seen this golf course. Although they are repairing cartpath the restaurant and other amenities the greens and a key boxes were in the worst shape I've ever seen them in.

Some nice holes and good for all skill levels staff was great, but looks like some renovations around club house area... however, they should pay more attention to the course conditions , grass should be much better at this time of year but not much rain here lately...some greens and fairways inside very good condition but others horrible ,!!

This course was like playing in a sand pit. Unfortunately, I cannot upload a photo because every time I do it completely erases my review process. For paying roughly $42 a person at a hot deal, it was not worth the value at all. From my understanding, it is under new management so hopefully the course will improve but that is no excuse for how much it cost to golf in a country club with that kind of course condition

Course is by far in the worst shape of any I’ve played. Tee boxes hard as a rock. Greens missed one key element, grass. If you’re looking to just hit balls it’s ok but if you’re into working on your game or taking a client to golf this isn’t the place.

Terrible is the only description for the condition. Can't stick a tee in the box it's so hard, greens are burnt & hard & like putting on the moon. Fairways are full of dead grass. Wouldn't pay more then $15 to play here again until conditions improved.

The clubhouse is great, the staff is very nice and helpful, but the condition of the golf course is rough. The green conditions, especially the back nine were deplorable - several were dead and should be closed for repair.

Thought we would give this course another try for a decent price for a midday tee time. The course is in terrible condition. The greens don’t even have grass left on them...and the fairways are pretty much dead grass. I know it’s the dry time of year but the fairways and greens should at least have a blades of grass that you can chip off of or putt on.

The only thing this course was missing was goats and chickens walking around.Every green was dead , every tee box was all dirt. To start out there ice machine was empty no coller out there to supply ice on a 90 degree day there wasnt a beverage cart on the ourse. The fairways you had to look to find grass I know I will not go back to this course I would rather quit golf then have to play there

I liked the layout of course, had me using several different clubs of the tee. It is in a nice residential area but homes are well of course so did not worry about hitting anything. Course is somewhat open so as long as you don't go in the water you can recover from errant shots. Tee boxes could use some work and greens had several bad spots but overall was a nice course to play. they have a decent practice area with range balls included.
