Ka'anapali Golf Resorts (Maui)

The course was in so so shape. The sand traps were all in very poor shape and were being made over it appeared. No one warned us to f that

Overall we enjoyed the round but the 4 of us were dehydrated by the end. There are no water facilities provided at the club house or on the course. We saw the facilities cart once during the round and had to share two $5 bottles of water as there wasn't any more for sale. This isn't satisfactory for a golf course in Maui's climate.

With the pandemic still going on Kaanapali Royal still puts up the good service. Had a great time playing on the royal course. Fairways bunkers greens we’re all in such great shape. I’ll recommend the Royal to anyone.

Beautiful views. Fun course. Play was a little slow but it gave us time to enjoy the views.

Course layout is good. The variables wind made it more challenging!

Fairways were great

Greens were very smooth, consistent not overly fast, plenty of slope and grain.

Green side bunkers were pretty well maintained and quite consistent and playable- good thing because there’s a bunch of them and with strong winds playing with my golf ball, I hit a bunch of them

The front nine especially has gorgeous ocean views.

Pace of play wasn’t terrible but our fore some consistently were waiting on a twosome ahead of us who were painfully slow and I didn’t see anyone else slowing them down

Second time playing this course. Fairly recent since punching the greens so they were rough. Also the sand traps had been watered and were near,ly unplayable. Rest of course was fine

The course was great! The only reason it did not get a Five Star was because the greens had been aerated so putting was a chore!. Easily playable! For all golfers!

I would recommend this course!
