Great course
The course is not overly long, but you have to make good shots. Several holes have a risk or reward factor. I will play this again.
Sr
Very friendly course for seniors and average golfers. Tough from the tips for the scratchers. All in all one of my two favorite Branson courses. Planning on being back in April and October next year.
Excellent Course
The course was in great shape for late October. Several challenging holes with elevation changes and water hazards. Great location not too far from hotels and attractions in Branson.
Inner city golf
Downtown Branson. Gated community. Beautiful course. Very reasonable with Golf Now.com booking. Nice tee boxes. Very friendly staff.
fun course
This is a good value in Branson that makes a good tune up for the longer courses in the area.
Interesting Layout
Very nice looking course. Beautiful setting in the Branson hills. Course nestled in a gated subdivision, so nice homes and wooded areas surround the course. The course had several blind tee shots and semi blind approach shots. Lots of water and trouble to find. Accuracy a must for this course. Par 3s had pretty small greens for the yardage, making them a little tough. Suggest bringing a few extra balls, they will be needed. I played from the white tees, which played at about 5200 yards. But I was thankful of the shorter yardage after seeing all the trouble. Enjoyed the round, but it would be a tough layout from the blue or black tees, for sure. Definitely would play it again, and from the whites!!
DDUCK
I THINK THE COURSE WAS IN GOOD SHAPE .THE BEST WE PLAYED IN BRANSON,MO
Variety of holes
I enjoyed the layouts of the holes. Different looks & elevation changes. Challenging and fair.
Very fun course
Great time at this course and good value
nice course
For the money a good value, course was good, several of the greens had some burn spots, which is typical of bent grass in this area in late summer, but playable.
Best value in Branson
Having arrived in Branson with the hopes of playing a few rounds of golf we were surprised at how pricey it is here compared to the Chicago area. We found Pointe Royale to be the most moderate priced round in the area among the better courses. Some of the greens were in rough shape due to an unusual drought they have experienced lately but over all the course was challenging but fair.
greens tough
the greens were very weather stressed and not in good shape. the fairways were not mowed very well and the rough being bermuda, was too deep for average play.
Good challenge
Coarse is a good challenge. Losing greens a little, but a lot of coarses are this late in year. We come to play this coarse every year.
pay the extra and play Branson Hills or Ledgestone
The course has a nice layout, couple blind t-shots. but the turf is not the greatest or kept up well and the greens were absolutely horrible. They were in dire distress. If you miss within 5-6 foot take a gimmie as it's likely due to the lack of grass and your ball being thrown off by the bare dirt in its path. We played Point first and then Branson hills. It was like going from your local municipal city course to playing at Augusta with the pros. Spend the extra, you'll be happy you did.
Great layout
The greens tough from bad dry summer. Still very playable, fairways great.
Beautiful golf course
Very nice course
The day I played the greens had a lot to be desired. They had a lot of spots that needed attention.
Tee boxes and fairways were very nice.
Course needs a driving range to warm up.
I will certainly play it again, the only real issue was the greens.....I know they will match the rest of the course next time.
Hilly course
Course was fine but the greens were struggling a bit
Pointe Royal GC
Very challenging course with many elevation changes. The day I played the greens were in bad shape, they had just been aereated. Accurate drives are a must if you want to score well.
Nice couse
Well done. If lived in area would play it more often.
Great course for great price.
The course was in very good shape and the price was great.
