Challenging course.
A long course and quite challenging.
Desert Oasis
After playing golf in the Las Vegas area for years, this was my first time out to Primm Valley and it did not disappoint. I originally booked this tee time because so many courses were closed for over-seeding but will likely return. The course offered nice views on almost every hole and the layout was challenging but still playable for those with a higher handicap.
The only downside was that the greens were recently punched and we couldn't get a true roll. Overall, I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for something new outside the Vegas area.
Hi VegasGolfer91,
Thank you for your review! We are thrilled that you enjoyed your experience at Primm Valley. We are pleased that our course wasn't too challenging and that your enjoyed our views. We look forward to having you back soon for your next round!
Mosquitoes Are in FULL FORCE
This is a great course but for the last month the mosquitoes ate me alive. This is coming from someone who know spicy food and mosquito, being that I am from Louisiana. The pest are the worst, I have ever seen even worst than La.
Disappointing,a waste of money!
Always taking a trip to vegas from california, we decide to play the primm golf course on the way.
We first realize the rate was really high and well not worth the money. We were stuck behind a 5 some and the course is in horrible shape.
We didnt know about any other discounts but found out from a other person after the round about the golfnow rates. We were charged the non-resident which is not worth the money.
We played in 5 hours and to make things worse we called the shop and they didnt do anything. The people inside were unhelpful and didnt care about our experience.
I would not recommend this golf course.Too expensive and unhelpful staff.
Hi 4puttnogimme,
Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a good experience. Please email us PrimmValleyGolfClubManagement@gmail.com to further discuss your round. We hope to hear from you soon.
Great course
Great course. In very good shape other than the greens had just been sanded. We did auto 2 putt. The staff was awesome! Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. We def will golf here again even though it's about an hour away. We were late due to traffic but the pro was very understanding. Thank you for a fun day!!
Very nice course
Primm has two Courses, only played the lakes which was in surprisingly good condition. Fun course to play with som elevation Changes that made it harder.
Well worth playing on your way to/from Las Vegas.
Hi Hanlu,
Thank you for your recommendation! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your round with us. We hope to have you back again soon!
Primm Desert Course
I had a great 2 days at Primm and enjoyed the whole experience. I will come back!!!!!
Hi Ggroman,
Thank you for your review. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your two days at Primm Valley! We look forward to having you back!
Nice alternative
Played here several times as a local. It is a bit of a drive but worth it if you take advantage of some of the golf now deals. Fairways in good shape although a bit patchy in places. Cart path only on 1 and 16. Not sure why. Pace of play was fine. Ran into a slower foursome who readily allows us to play through. Nice alternative to town courses.
Hi Michael9822323,
It's great to hear that you've enjoyed playing here several times and that we are worth the drive! We look forward to having you back again soon!
Primm
Both courses were is good condition for August. Play both courses and was treated great by the staff.
Hi Ggroman,
Thank you for your review and for playing at Primm Valley. We strive for excellent customer service and are thrilled to hear that you had a great experience! We hope to see you again soon!
Well-maintained, fun course even in summertime
Both Primm courses are well maintained, interesting layouts that hold up well and are fun to play even in summertime. Not crowded with great practice facilities. Primm is worth the drive, which is an easy one. Living in Henderson, I enjoy playing a variety of courses and frequently drive the same amount time in city traffic to play courses that are more crowded and not as well maintained.
Hi CAMatthew1,
Thank you for choosing Primm Valley. It's great to hear that we are worth the drive from Henderson and that you enjoyed your round. We hope you make the drive to see us again soon!
Charging for range balls
I always get hot deals from golf now. Head pro Mr. W. stated that RANGE BALLS does not come with the deals from gold now. Mr. W. even stated that not everyone hit range balls. I been going to Primm golf course for about 20 yrs and I have NEVER PAID for range balls. I ended up paying anyways. Beside the bad experience at the pro shop, course was beautiful.
Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your experience on the course but are disappointed about your experience in the pro shop. Please email us at PrimmValleyGolfClubManagement@gmail.com to further discuss your round.
Good Times!!
Nice course and in great condition.
A little more water on this course then the desert course. Greens are true and fairways nice and green.
Hi Myoyster,
Thank you for playing at Primm Valley! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the course and the conditions. We hope to have you back again soon!
Must Play
After reading semi new reviews and some dissapointment of the comments I was terrified but then I got there and just wow
Played the desert course this time but lakes is also very good
Tee boxes are in good to great shape good coverage
Fairways are 99 percent lush while just 1 percent is a little thin but in this spots still very playable
Greens were good a little shaggy for my taste but it's the desert and with temps 105-112 I can see why they were that way but this still played well better than they look that's for sure
Customer service is top notch from the check in the the cart return staff and everyone in between
Teed off at 9 am and was done in 2 hours and 15 minutes it was a ghost town
If you live in Vegas or going for vacation please play these courses they are awesome and the staff is amazing and really seem to love there job

I love this course. I think this course is one of the best in the state....great condition and the greens are amazing. Conditions awesome...I work at a private CC in Vegas and play free......but would still rather play the Lakes course here in Primm........just a 20-25 minute drive from the M resort....Great staff. Best Value
We have been playing Primm for years. 2 courses that play completely different and both challenging! For the money you can't beat it. Stick around and have lunch too. It's worth the drive. More people should be playing here!!

GREAT COURSE
New ownership with money is great news for this gem. One of my favorites to play. Just a few steps away from being one of the best places to play golf in the USA !!

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST?!!!
Par 4 has taken another golf course and destroyed it! This course used to be a lush, beautiful golf course up until Par 4 took it over. Spotty fairways, chunked out rough, and bunkers where the liners are ripped, with weeds growing in them and the retaining bars showing. So disheartened. I can only hope that one day someone who knows what they are doing will take over this golf course and turn it back into the premiere golf course it used to be. , The only redeeming factor here is that the staff is one of the friendliest and most helpful around.
Hi chatterboxes4,

We will continue to work in addressing the issues your brought up! We hope that you play with us again soon so we can provide you with our normal excellent golfing experience!
