Nice course
Played fairly well today, perfect weather.Staff friendly.
Beautiful Course but slow greens
Beautiful course and amazing value on GolfNow. Greens were true but very slow. We both left putts short that we would normally make.
Lot of side hill lies and hilly so not best for walking. At same time it is a WV course. Course is fair, some tough holes that will sneak up if you hit in wrong place, it definitely will force you to improve your game.
At same time it’s good to bring kids to because it’s open enough to allow for bad shots and be able to recover from them.
Not a flat hole on this course
This is a very hilly track with some tricky undulating greens. I wouldn't say that it's worth paying full rack rate but, if you get a "hot deal" rate then you should definitely play it.
The outside staff was extremely friendly, however, the woman inside was not.
Awesome golf!
This is definitely a top 100 best public courses in America
Excellent
Great course with rolling hills and fast greens!!!
Good value
The course is very playable, fun, and enough of a challenge. I'm a 11 handicap and shot 78, 79. Only one petty complaint. They do not utilize a danger. Pace can slow down with little to no help from the clubhouse. They just kind of ignore the pace of play thing. But not enough of a problem to not reccomend.
Travelling through and stopped for golf
It's a Palmer course so you know it is going to be a treat. The course was in great condition for spring golf. My beef is the directions for the course at the website is wrong and the link to Goggle maps in the confirmation email actually took us to a university parking lot down town. Finally got directions from someone who had the same problem. Told the pro at the course and he just blew it off. Guess everyone has to have the same experience.
Beautiful Day
First time playing this course and I must say it lives up to the hype. Great layout and not too punishing if you hit an errant shot. Really enjoyed playing this course!
Always happy to go back
Course in great condition for this time of year. Always is. Play was a little slow but not to bad. A great staff also.
