Check your eye dominance first. If you are left handed and play left handed and are left eyed, you need to back away and open your stance. Just like I need to.
I you play left handed and are right eye dominant, you will not need to back away,

I don’t see straight lines. So, I pretend the top of the hole is midnight, The bottom is 6:00. If the ball is curving right to left a little, it will fall into the hole af 4:30. So, I look at 4:30 when I set up.

You will not need to be as open. Play around with it until you are comfortable and can see the target clearly. Both with putting and longer shots.

You should always walk into the ball a little open when you set up. It will help you see the line better. It’s okay if your feet are a little open.

You will hold your hands up. Look through the hole in the triangle. Look in the mirror. See which eye you see. That is your dominate eye. You only need to do this once. Do it without thinking or trying. You should believe you are looking through the hole with two eyes. BUT…. You will only see one eye in the mirror. Your dominant eye. That is the test.
