Hello Dan, I am 62 now, still a 4 handicapper, but have not kept up my exercise routine like I should. So, I am pretty soft, 6' and 225 lbs. Not much of that is muscle mass now a days. Just some extra fat around the mid section. What would be a good routine for me to get back int
