Great Tip. Thank you
Randall,
Thank you for explaining how to change the shot trajectory using the same club for different results of higher and lower trajectories.
i will try this it makes a lot of sense.
Can you show how to hit shots around the green with thick and heavy rough like we have here up north.
What is the yardage difference between the low and high shots?
Sounds great, I'll try it!
Good tip
I noticed you're using a closed stance which will usually makes the ball roll farther. Vs the conventional open stance playing the ball closer to your left foot giving a higher softer shot trajectory for flop shots. Your method is ideal if you need to run the ball up to the pin rather than come down on the pin with the open stance.
Hi Rudy! thanks for the comment. Yes an open stance will definitely create a softer landing shot. Into the wind you can hit a high driving shot that will still stop, but yes less soft than an open stance. Thank you for watching my tip! Great tip! 20-24hcp here, how much variance is there on the carry and total distance with these difference trajectories, or is there not much because the rollout will compensate?
Hi Jacques! The lower trajectories will definitely roll out more than the higher trajectories. I have more tips here on Golf Pass and a TV series "Pain Free Golf" I also have an instagram @golfnetics and website www.golfnetics.com. Let me know how this tip goes for you on the course!
