The reverse pivot is a common backswing fault where your weight shifts too far to your lead foot. If you struggle with this, Nathalie Sheehan has two drills that will help you transfer your weight correctly and make more consistent contact.

Awesome tip. Are you a teaching pro? Do you give lessons?
Best teacher in my opinion ! Relaxed , to the point and just seems to know wat the avg Joe needs work on . Will this handle an over the top swing as well ?
I want those shoes
I'm sure they'd look good on you, Susan but how's your game? : )
Thank you so much for these drills. Have to get that band!
Natalie, I have been working on this by trying to feel like my lead shoulder gets over my trail foot in my backswing (this "feel" was suggested to me). It is helping but also leading to my head moving back. My head moving back seems to be changing the low point of my swing and causing some fat shots. Am I over doing it? Any suggestions for accomplishing this without moving my head back please?
Is the Tee be hit above the sand level?
How does one approach a bunker shot differently if the sand is hard pan/less than fluffy (like most public courses)? Thank you.
Nathalie,
I have this problem! Does the ball almost always push or hook left when this tilting forward issue occurs? Mine seems to always go left. Would a slightly wider stance also help? Ball position for driver just a bit more back of off the heel? I'm trying to figure out what may help this newly occurring problem of going left on so many shots. Thanks.
How much shoulder movement is with this shot?
Do we need to take a lot of sand or just skim the sand
