Have you ever stood over a putt and the line you saw when standing behind the ball looks out of whack? It’s very difficult to make putts when this is the case! To avoid this problem, try these different set up styles from Debbie Doniger to see what works best for you.

Daily Video Tips

I can't wait to try this tip, but winter hit in Chicago last week, so it may be awhile until I can get to the range.
Why not just hit it with the 45 degree all the time if it works?
Thanks Debbie
Thanks Debbie!
Welcome. Thanks for watching
Another great tip. You seem to put a lot into developing drills and it shows! They have helped me a lot!
Thanks ! It just comes from years of so much learning, teaching and watching. I have been very fortunate to have watched and learned from the very best this business has to offer.
Thanks again Debbie!
Thanks for watching
Thanks great tip!
Thanks for all the support.
Brutal. She gave nothing. Stand closer or farther or open or closed. Duh! She covered any way to put. Take this down. Embarrassing to the viewer.
Well, John, you just have to recognize that no matter how skilled the instructor is there are some students who aren't capable of comprehending the lesson. These people typically show their ignorance by lashing out at the instructor, instead of looking inward at their own inadequacies.
Hey John. It’s Debbie. Read your comment. A few things. Maybe you line up great and don’t need this tip. All good. There are plenty of golfers ( I have been teaching for over 25 years. All day and have been taught and watched some of the best instructors in the world ) . That notwithstanding, there are many golfers who believe they have to set up with parallel lines, eyes over the ball, etc. and that is simply not the case. Especially if you think you’re aiming correctly but then are not. Or you have picked a line that looks terrible over the ball and start to maneuver yourself to see a better line to start the ball on and so on. So I do believe this tip can open some golfer’s minds to not be so “perfect” and you can align your eyes and body differently to be a better putter if that is what you need - alignment work. Thanks for supporting golf pass and sorry you did not like this tip. Have a great night.
Perfect drill for my putting
lol. Great hope some ideas work for you. Not everyone has to set up with parallel lines and eyes over the ball :)
