Question for you, Martin, pls...
Is this Sink and Spring good only for mighty distance shots (eg: driver & fairway woods...)?
I would presume that in the approach shot to the green, one would prefer not to use this in order to prioritize accuracy in the golf shot...?

you wouldn't want to do this with your irons because your irons are for hitting a known distance reliably. You would only apply this for shots with a driver or fairway wood/iron where you want more yardage.
Doing this technique to make your PW go 110 yards instead of 100 yards doesn't make sense.
