Daily Video Tips
I often feel that only using my rt hand results in more consistent results. Now with your suggestion, I'll try "resting" my left hand at the grip.
It's not against any rules to use only one hand while putting.

Great tip, I have been good about getting my weight forward but still had some chunks, keeping my head from going forward has helped with mor consistency in solid chips.

It appears she has a sand wedge or lob wedge for this shot. BTW this is a CHIP shot not a PITCH shot. Important to know the difference in terminology as a pitch shot is one that flies in the air farther than it rolls on the ground and a chip shot is just the opposite. These short shots around the green are usually CHIP shots which require that you get the ball on line and rolling as soon as possible. This type of shot can be done with any club keeping in mind that the more loft there is on the club, the shorter and higher the ball will fly and the less it will roll. try experimenting with irons from wedges thru 7 iron and see how the ball behaves and make your choices of which club to use for which chip shot conditions are presented to you
