Bryce Cope teaches a two-ball drill that focuses on refining your chipping contact. Consistently get both balls airborne and your contact will improve significantly.

I can’t chip 1 ball you want me to try to chip 2?
5 wood or putter are useful if don’t have to carry!
Bryce, good drill and I am generally considered a good chipper. The issue we have in AZ is we chip a great deal off very tight or virtually very little grass and then it can be soft if watered. I have a tendency to catch the leading edge of the 56 wedge and it digs rather that brushes the ground. Any tips on playing a chip from around the green on very tight lies? Thanks John
