How do you keep from slamming the club into the ground when you lower yourself below where you were at the start?
Really a terrible drill.. this encourages the player to stand up in the back swing, lunge at impact, then stand up again at finish. Spine angle changing all the time, bottom of swing arc never predictable. Try this if looking for inconsistency
