Have played this course previously and always enjoyed it..

However this time course in poor condition as a result of recent rain., holes 12-17 were cart path only.

Aa a result at the present time not good value for money.

We purchased the only available package for an overseas visitor. It was classed as a meal deal, we had a 12.05 tee time. We arrived at the course at 11.15.

All was well until we went to the starter at our allocated time. My partner and I were then informed we were being paired with another 2 ball to keep the pace of play acceptable as there was a charity event in the groups ahead.

At the turn we were informed that the the clubhouse and bar were closed to the public due to the charity event,

On completion of the round we went to the bar only to be informed it was closed and when we enquired about our meal deal we were told we could have a sandwich out of the fridge.

Nothing like our last visit 18 months previous.

The experience has somewhat ruined and tarnished our fond memories of the place. We were prepared to purchase Celebration merchandise, however felt we couldn’t be bothered and forget about it.

Great course, beautiful layout and excellent staff.

Cart path only was a killer for a senior golfer (80).

Should have played for free under those conditions

Great all around course. Layout, conditions, staff, pace, etc. Water, but not too much. Lots of tee options including combos. Greens putted very well.

Unfortunately we played after heavy rains so the entire course was CPO. The 150 yard stakes - rare now - helped here. Oddly the cart path is on the left side of every hole. Since most players are right handed and tend to fade it, this led to a lot of out and back.

Would play again, but wait for a dry day.

All holes were cart path only , ranger came out and said we where 5 minutes behind schedule. that was kinda crazy.. Greens rolled nice and fairways where soaked and the grass actually raised up like a massive bubble underneath the fairway grass and dirt . they should have giving us a rain check to come back but that didnt happen. i will come back again and try the course . Lunch was great and included in the price.

Midday tee off , course staff and starter very helpful. Course in great condition. Only down side , we only saw the refreshment cart coming off the 9th , promised to return but never did. Clubhouse bar was closed and group had to resort to table outside of a service hatch. Left early to refresh and eat in more comfortable surroundings.

Course has maybe seen a lot of rain for this time of year but very soft throughout. Tees have seen a lot of traffic and fairways and greens in a poor state.

The pace of play was very slow. I persume due to the restriction of cart path only and my inability to consintly hit shots close to the cart path. I got in 12000 steps.

Very beautiful and well maintained. Great scenery and nice how the course goes through the community.

3 hours for 9 holes - ridiculous. Waited on every hole. Walked off after 9 but the Proshop not interested. Said it is to be expected cos we had to stay on the cart path. I get would take a bit longer but not that bad

I enjoyed the course before even during the hot rainy summer. I just got back from LA where there is no rain and the course had been wet for quite a while. I couldn’t even finish the round since a big storm came in which rendered the course unplayable at the beginning of the 15th hole. I should have been finished by then since I started 4 hours into the round with 4 holes left waiting on almost every hole every shot.
