First off greens were punched and they still charged full price the rough was literally ankle height through the entire course and the tee boxes were straight dirt

Always enjoy playing this course . Nice people and affordable so it’s great if your just starting out.

I have meet wonderful people at this golf course. Everyone from the staff to the players are great. I have never had a bad time or bad experience. Great place to golf and have fun.

Quite surprised how quick we finished 18 holes. 3 1/2 hrs. No par 5 s but still a good course

Kissena is a fun course - not long but has some tricky holes both with elevation and tree placement. The course is well maintained too with the exception of a few tee boxes, which isn’t a huge deal. Biggest drawbacks are the pace of play and staff. During the weekends and other than in the winter, they’re always running ~20minutes behind schedule. Despite having played here several times, the staff are always unwelcoming. There is always an attitude as if they’re inconvenienced that they have to deal with you and that golf brings them no joy - it’s just a job and they’re itching to clock out. Even at the grill, they would refuse to fill up a water bottle and told us to get water out on the course even though there was none (there are stands for water coolers but they’re regularly missing). They always close ~15min before sundown, going as far as to drive out and yell at everyone, including walkers who don’t need to return carts, that “GOLF IS OVER!” Be mindful that with pace of play it’ll take at least 4.5hr to finish 18 holes, so be wary of booking any tee time in the afternoon. If you get an early enough tee time, you can probably finish 18 in under 3 hours. Again, fun course if you want to test your hall striking and short game, just a shame that the current staff over the past year seem to be intent on driving away business.

Many courses closed after two day raining. This course is still open and we found the fairway path pretty clear, there almost completely free of standing water. The staff are very nice and friendly. It worth to play here.

Short but challenging course

A good course for practice round

They completly over booked we started 30 minutes late because the starter could not control things and it took 2 hours to play 4 holes and then we just have up and lefr.. Worst exsperince ever playing golf

Ordered food at the 8th hole to grab after the front 9. Worker looked at me and said he had no time to make the food while the place was empty and he was smoking a cigarette outside. Continues to stare at me when I asked if he could make it and I will wait. He then made the food and gave me half of what I ordered.

Really enjoyed it but could use a chipping area. Pace of play was slow on a Saturday morning.
