Good course for somewhere in queens
This course has a lot of par 4s. Nice long easy course to play if you know where the holes are. Hills make it difficult to see where the hole is but trust your shot and distance and you will be fine.
Listen, you’re not playing Deepdale or the creek.... It’s Douglaston. The course is in great shape the pace is slow but I only live 3 miles from here and it’s a godsend to have it. The people are super nice and are extremely helpful. No matter what shape it’s in I will continue to play Douglaston, And do so very happily
Teach me how to Dougie
Great course conditions for December. Be early for your tee time as they will not wait for you and will possibly have you skip hole 1 and swing back after 18
Course was in very good condition except for some of the tee boxes
Greens were surprisingly in very good condition
