About

Grey Hawk Golf Club is a challenging but playable course that is a Cleveland area favorite. It brings resort-quality golf to a remote location in LaGrange that is seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The rolling landscape is the ideal terrain for links-style golf. The course demands accuracy with lightning fast greens surrounded by bunkers and be sure not to stray from the fairways or you'll almost definitely be left with an uneven lie. Unlike a typical links golf course, there are water hazards coming into play on several holes on this layout. The 11th hole features a tricky island green while the third hole has an equally challenging "island green" that is surrounded by sand. Grey Hawk Golf Club is a formidable but fair test with interesting and diverse hole designs.

Worth the drive

We drive an hour from North Canton to play this amazing course. Every hole is a challenge, and you have to be smart with your tee shot placement as driver is not always the best choice. The greens were spectacular and were in summer shape. There is nothing bad to say about Grey Hawk, it's a great course and a great value.

Amazing course

For the price we paid- Seniors Winter rates $40. This course beats all the courses in VA, where they charge $80 and upwards .. ridiculous. Cheaper to drive to Ohio to play golf.

This course is in particular. Excellent greens, well cut roughs. One suggestion- keep water stations on the course. Play this corse.. risk reward.

Excellent course all around. The greens are fast and true (except for all the darn ball marks - would you selfish people please fix your own ball marks!!).Tees, fairways, and rough were in good shape and even most of the traps had been freshly raked. Bring your range finder as the carts do not have GPS.

Amazing course Judy overall challenging but yet good for beginners as well some are more challenging then others traveled almost two hours to play here and it was well worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well

Tee boxes, fairways, greens all in great shape. It has been a hot dry summer and they are not wasting water on places where your ball shouldn't be.
