Unique course
Unique course, a bit like you’d expect for the location. Fairways are like the first cut, greens are like a fairway (putting is a guessing game). Lots of elevation change, no water.
Not a real golf course
I tried to golf at Spring Creek today and didn’t even finish hole 1 and requested my money back. First off the “club house” is a dilapidated trailer that had a big hole in the roof that was leaking. The tee boxes are tore up range mats and the grass on the putting greens are 1 inch high so you couldn’t even putt on. I drove 25 minutes to get there and was a complete waste of time and gas. They were very friendly when I requested a refund and completely understood.
This course is very scenic.
I enjoyed the pace of the course, we were not rushed. The fairways were in great shape and they have temporary greens as they are reseeding the greens. Some golfers are using the power carts. With all the rain the course had this year, it has kept things quite green. This is a par 3 course with some water hazards.
