Good day out
If you are a decent golfer and have a foursome of decent golfers you can make this your weekly spot.
It has its niche spots, the hills in the fairway make it so you are not always landing in the same spot. The greens were moving pretty decently.
The downside is that it is easy to be backed up with several blind shots. Additionally with the holes so close to each other you have to watch for stray balls.
During my round we all had our ups and downs. Not too many lost balls or finding ourselves in fairway divots. The pace of play was on the slower side even for a saturday. We at one point have 5 different groups on the same hole...2 were from other holes.
As I said in the beginning this is great if you have a regular group that all know how to play. I am not sure if I would bring less experienced people due to the layout and I think more experienced golfers might find it a bit on the shorter side.

9 Hole Old course
My friend and I played 9 holes yesterday at Hidden Lake old and I was disappointed how rudely the staff member said a golf shirt is mandatory. There is a nice way to ask this. Not sure if I will be back.
Great course
Felt like a private course 2nd group out finished in 3:50 greens were amazing
Slow pace
We had two groups ahead of us that appear to be all friends. They were obviously below average golfers and did not play ready golf. There were at least two holes behind the next group. They could see us waiting on every hole, but didn’t bother to speed up. There was no marshall during the front nine and we finally had to call the pro shop on the 10th hole to complain.
