Rough shape, played fast, greens were bumpy, summer conditions fairways were fried and dirt in many areas. Would not play here again unless it was a hot deal.

I had high expectations for 18 Golf Club in Flower Mound, and there is a lot to like about the course. The overall layout is very good, the greens are high quality, and the slopes and design of the greens make for an enjoyable and challenging round.

That said, the course conditions were disappointing, especially considering the caliber of the club and the $149 green fee.

At that price point, I would expect the fairways to be in considerably better condition, with consistent grass and a reasonable lie from which to play your ball. Unfortunately, there were numerous areas where the fairways were thin or lacking grass altogether, and the rough did not appear to be maintained to the level I would expect from a club charging this type of green fee.

The greens were definitely a highlight—they were well designed, challenging, and in good condition. Unfortunately, the quality of the greens contrasted with the condition of the fairways and rough.

Overall, I think 18 Golf Club has a great layout and a lot of potential, but the course conditions need to improve to justify a $149 green fee. For that price, I would expect the entire course—not just the greens—to be maintained at a premium level.

I would be interested in playing it again once the fairways and rough are brought up to the standard you would expect from a golf club at this price point.

Greens are in fantastic shape! Fairways are a brown in several locations and need some work. Let's face it. It's fun to play these recreations of some of the greatest holes in golf. Is it worth it? Sure, at least once a summer.

It was very hot so the course was extremely dry of course, but the greens were recently punched, which made putting practically impossible. I would have never booked the reservation if I knew the greens were being worked on.

Locals know this course is always a mixed bag. The layout and concept are great. The staff is always top notch- everyone is A+. The conditions normally let it down.

It was the first time playing since the fairways were lost in 2023. While they’ve grown back, the course is much more ‘burnt/dried out’ than other courses in the metroplex - especially for the premium they charge. I know it’s been dry - but large areas of the course were yellow and thatchy.

The greens are reportedly their calling card. But they had punched the Monday before so the greens were what they were.

I’d like to go back once the greens are back. But only on a weekday afternoon rate.

Couse is great shape however greens sandy and punched. I’d wait until Sept 1 to play

This course isn’t terrible condition. The owners don’t water the course they don’t wanna spend the money. This is obvious everywhere from broken falling apart railroad ties on hole 15 terrible dry, dead spots with no grass just dirt in fairways all over the course the sand traps on whole 17, which is one of your marquee holes are inundated with weeds and look terrible. People come here to play for the experience and it’s an over, promised under delivered product. If nothing else hold 16 17 and 18 should be. Immaculate and imperfect condition if the rest of them are in as bad as shape as they are, I will never return to play here again. There are Fort Worth municipal courses in better shape than this that are third of the cost to play. I don’t see this course making it much longer. The ownership obviously doesn’tt care.

They are fixing the greens and it was impossible to play.

I play fo the same rate $90 usd total a month ago and it was fun. Yesterday was terrible !

Starter was rude. We waited on every tee box. It took 6 hours to play 18 holes.

IMO….The Marshals are just there to draw a check…they primarily hid in the shade. Pace of play wasn’t enforced & it made for a miserable over priced round of golf. Course was in good shape.

Great course with a real friendly staff I'm a 18 handicap as well as my friends. we were able to play that and better.

Loved playing this course and the elevation changes some. Good times and was wide open.

Front 9, great layout some of the best and fastest greens ive played on. Fairways plush and fluffy.

Back 9, greens completely different. Fairways not near as nice and plenty of holes that were torn up and super patchy.

Golf holes are located in residential area. Residential area not located in golf holes.

First time for me to play golf. Houses are huge like castle.

The course was in really good shape and the pace of play was great, foursome finished in just under 4hrs. Greens ran well and fairways were good with just a few bare patches on some holes.
