Terribly slow play
Left after nine holes. I couldn't take the slow play.
Awful experience
It was pouring down rain and the staff did not shut down the course. Without the course being "not playable", golfnow would not refund my money. I got through 2 holes and it was miserable so I ended up quitting. I guess this is why the fairways and greens are in bad conditions
Nice Layout
Nice layout but for my first year and a half into golf, I was worried about hitting a few houses along the course lol….Really good conditions and the greens were in excellent shape the day I played. My expectations were low due to some previous reviews I saw, but I’ll definitely be returning when I come back in town. It is was a really good time!
First time I’ll be back
Loved the course, played with 2 members that were friendly and about the same level. Course worked well for me, I’ll be back soon and bring my friends who couldn’t play today. Grill staff were great too
This course is the worst I’ve ever played
Staff is very rude and not professional. Course is in absolute horrible shape. Do not recommend
Won't play this course again
The course is in less than decent condition- super slow shag carpet greens that were burnt up in way too many parts, far too many soggy areas from sprinklers that were left on too long, and when I called from hole 8 for the cart-advertised "$10 burger at the turn", I picked it up and was charged $17 for the "$10" burger and when asked, staff said the menu "changed the day prior and the carts hadn't been updated " - WHAT!?!?!
Needless to say, I hadn't been to this course in a year but will not play it ever again.

Wow! Didnt play in 2025 because of the reviews I was reading
It is in fantastic shape. The grains are great and thick. The course is really well. Captain just looks fantastic.
Really enjoyed our round horses playing true!!

Walden golf club
This place is not for raw beginners. Tight course with lots of houses. If you are a beginner, put your driver away. You might be buying a window, windshield, or hitting a child. Beautiful course overall and a great price.
