If you have all day

They sold my tee time to someone else and made me wait 30+ minutes after my tee time to tee off. Round was 5+ hours. 7 holes we got to the tee and there were 2 groups waiting to tee off. The guy I played with said he plays 40 rounds there and they are all like that. Tee times obviously too close together. Course is a decent layout except for the 4 holes on the back that are a shooting gallery, but you need ALL DAY to play here.

Always great conditions

Made my way to ARV cc last week for a round. Rounded out a threesome that had already been booked. Conditions weee great, very hot and humid but plenty of drinking water on the course. Pace of play was decent with what appeared to be a full course with all foursomes. Finished our round in 4:15. Wish they had a roaming beverage cart, would have made a purchase or 10. All in all a great day, will be back

Great somewhat easy layout and very different when you make the turn to play the back 9 as it a links layout. A lot of fun to play. Highly recommend playing there.
